Wintersville Utility Customers:
Please be advised that the water office will be closed on September 8th and 9th, 2025, for training purposes. This closure applies only to the water office. We will reopen on September 10, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All other public works departments will operate on their regular schedules, and the administration will also be available during regular hours.
If you need to make arrangements to pay your bill, please plan accordingly. For any other assistance, you can call 740-266-3175 and select Option #2 to speak with the administrator.
